Assalamualaikum and hello world!
Macam2 sebab kan ley wt kita jdi stress, xsuma org laa yg slalu jdi cmni, kirin pon kdg2 x trkcuali dari alami bnda2 cmni . . Ye laa, kirin pon manusia biasa jee. Sma ja cam org lain, normal laa kan? Student cam kirin ni mang slalu jgk laa stress, tambah2 pure science plak kan? HAHA. well for going thru my post actually i want to share to all of you how to overcome this problem. What kind of problem? stress laaa, listen n read carefully okay?

So, these are 10 of my ways handling stress :-

  • When you're stress, stop all your works immediately and sit straight! Take a deep breath few times till your stress lessen.
  • For me, its easy if I can break some things like the vase or the glasses or anything that breakable. Yes, my stress will be gone in just few minutes. HAHA. yeah sure you can't do that. So, take a pillow now, tekapkan dekat muka, dan jeriiiiiiiiiiittttttt.. *it works when you're angry and sad too ;)*
  • Share your problems with others. friends, parents, older adults. Talk to them. *cara ni byk mmbantu kirin taw :)
  • You know what they said, "people come and go, but MUSIC is always there" (source:twitter). Yeah, that's so true. When you're stressed, take a minute and relax.. Listening to music can reduce stress what? :)
  • Okay, other than listening to music, you may hangout for a day with your friends, playing with your pets, drawing, WRITING! HAHA, now you got the idea! :)
  • Say "no" more often. If someone asks you to help him with his jobs or in this case, HOMEWORKS, then say no. Please remind that you're already have a lot of things to do. You are not a robot.
  • Do you know that wearing a tight-fitting clothes influence stress? Skrg da tawu kan? So, go home and wear a loose T-Shirt. At least, wear it at home. You don't have to be that pretty groomed in your own house right?
  • Talk to yourself, "you can do it! yes! you can!!" when you feel down. It works for me. Whenever I seem can't finish my homeworks, I talk to myself, "you can do it Kirin, tomorrow Teacher Madhihah is going to punish you if you don't finish your works. So, chaiyok chaiyok!" LOL XD that 'PUNISH' courage me a lot!
  • Cry your heart out! *for broken heart would do too* I used to cry when Im stressed out. Then, I take a short nap on my comfort-colourful-single bed! HAHA. When I woke up, yeahh! I feel relieved.
  • Last way is istighfar sebanyak yang boleh . InsyaAllah efficient. Try laaa;)
